What the predictor actually does
Drop a clip up to 15 seconds (any format, vertical or horizontal). The model watches it the way a real viewer would and gives you back four things:
It's not a vibe check. It's the closest thing to a test screening before you hit publish.
The use case isn't checking ONE post. It's running every draft through it before you post and only shipping the ones that score above a threshold. Stop guessing which hooks work.
Why this is different
Most "AI virality" tools are GPT wrappers that read your caption and tell you it sounds great. This one actually watches the video.
It models the audience response, not the metadata. That means it catches stuff your eye misses:
- The moment the hook stops working (most hooks die at second 3, not second 1)
- Whether your audio competes with your visuals
- If your face on camera is doing the work or fighting the message
- Whether the energy decay is too sharp
If you're posting reels and not hitting numbers, you don't need more content. You need feedback on the content you're already making. This is that feedback.
The two ways to use it
Option 1: The website. Go to higgsfield.ai/apps/virality-predictor. Upload a clip. Get the score. Done in 30 seconds. Use this if you just want to test a few drafts.
Option 2: Claude Desktop MCP connector.Plug Higgsfield directly into Claude Desktop. Now you can drop a video into Claude and just ask "score this and tell me what to fix." Claude calls the predictor, gets the report, and gives you a written breakdown plus rewrite suggestions for the hook.
The MCP path is the move if you're posting daily. You stop bouncing between tabs.
Connect it to Claude Desktop in 30 seconds
- Open Claude Desktop on your computer
- Go to Settings → Connectors
- Hit Add Custom Connector
- Name it:
Higgsfield - Paste the Higgsfield MCP URL (grab the personal one from higgsfield.ai/s/higgsfield-mcp, they generate a unique link tied to your account)
- Save
Now in any Claude conversation, you can say:
Drop the video. Claude does the rest.
What to actually do with the score
A score is useless if you don't act on it. Here's the loop:
Run every draft through it. Keep the ones that score 70+. You'll start to see patterns in what works for YOUR face, YOUR voice, YOUR niche. The model doesn't tell you the universal answer. It tells you the answer for your content.
What I got wrong (my 46)
I'm not going to pretend I'm above this. The reel I tested scored 46. Here's what the predictor flagged:
- First frame too static. No motion, no visual disruption. Scroll-killer.
- Hook beat I delivered the punchline at 3.2s. Should've been at 1.5s.
- Hold rate collapsed at second 8 because the energy plateaued.
Did I delete the reel? No. I posted it anyway because that's the whole point of testing. You learn the pattern.
Next reel I made, I cut the intro entirely and opened on motion. Scored a 71. The tool isn't there to make you feel good. It's there to make you better.
Pricing
Higgsfield has a free tier so you can test it today without paying anything. Pro plans unlock unlimited predictions and the rest of the Higgsfield creative studio (UGC ads, transitions, character control, all the rest of it). Worth it if you post daily.
