1Who we are

Ten Fold Marketing ("Ten Fold", "we", "us") is run by Marc Cleroux. Ten Fold Marketing is the trading name of 15423082 Canada Inc. We publish content and sell digital products that teach people to use AI in their business.

2What we collect

• What you type into a form. Usually your first name and email address.
• Order details when you buy. What you bought, when, the amount, and your name and email. Your card details go straight to our payment processor.
• Messages you send us. Emails, support requests, replies to our emails, and comments or direct messages on social media.
• Live sessions. If you join a workshop or call, your name and anything you say or show may appear in the recording. You can keep your camera and microphone off.
• How you found us and how pages are used. The link you clicked to arrive (including campaign tags in the link), the pages you view, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health or financial account details, and we ask you not to send it to us.

3How we use it

• To send you the guide, tool or resource you asked for.
• To email you about our content, products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To deliver what you buy, give you access, and answer support requests.
• If you type your email at checkout and leave before paying, to send you one reminder with the link back. Only one, and never once you have bought.
• To understand which pages and emails are useful so we can improve them.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

When you give us your email on a sign-up page, you are agreeing to receive what that page promised and our emails. You can opt out at any time.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They process your information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us. Depending on the page or product, these include:

• Email and contact management: HighLevel (LeadConnector), which also sends email through Mailgun.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Website hosting and databases: Vercel and Supabase.
• Live sessions: Zoom.
• Communities: Skool, if you join one of our communities there.
• Analytics and advertising tools, on the pages that use them. See section 5.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. If that happens, this policy continues to apply to your information.

5Cookies, analytics and ads

Some of our pages use analytics tools to see how many people visit and how pages are used. Some pages may use session-insight tools that show us how visitors scroll and click, and advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta, which help us measure our ads and show ads to people who visited our pages.

These tools may set cookies or similar files on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your account settings on each advertising platform. Our pages still work if you block them.

Our payment processor sets its own cookies at checkout to process your payment and prevent fraud.

6How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you stay on our list or have an account with us. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email so we do not email you again.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years. Workshop recordings are kept for as long as they stay available to the people who bought them.

7Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe: use the link in any email, or email us.
• See, correct or delete your information: email us and we will do it, unless we must keep something for legal reasons such as order records.
• Object or restrict: you can ask us to stop using your information for marketing at any time.

Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada and some US states such as California, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to a copy of your data or to complain to your local data protection authority. Email info@tenfoldmarketing.com to use any of these rights. We do not treat you differently for doing so, and we answer within 30 days.

8Where your information is processed

Our service providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

9Security

We limit access to your information to the people and services that need it, and we use providers that encrypt data in transit. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

10Children

Our sites and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our business changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on our sites.
