Why “post more” is broken advice
You already know you should post more. That was never the problem. The problem is you sit down to make something and have no idea what will actually land. So you guess. It flops. You guess again. It flops again. Eventually you decide you're just not built for this.
The real bottleneck isn't effort. It's information. The people growing fast aren't more creative than you. They figured out what works before they hit publish, and then they did it on repeat.
That's all a system is. Remove the guessing. I built mine out of 4 free Claude Code skills, and it took me from posting into the void to 60K followers in 60 days.
The whole system in one sentence
Four skills, one loop. Each one feeds the next:
/spy
What it does. Stop guessing what to post. /spy scrapes your competitors, finds their 5x outlier posts (the ones doing 5 times their normal views), and decodes exactly why those hooks worked.
How it works. Point it at 2 to 10 handles and run one command. It pulls their recent posts, calculates each account's median views, flags the breakouts, then transcribes the spoken hook, reads the on-screen text, and pulls the caption. Read-only. No database to maintain.

/hooks
What it does. Every time you see a hook that stops your scroll, you save it. /hooks builds a personal database of proven hooks you reuse forever instead of starting from a blank page every time.
How it works. Drop in any reel URL. It downloads the video, transcribes it with Whisper, extracts the hook, and files it in your hook bank. Later, when you write scripts, your other skills pull straight from that bank.

/script-lite
What it does. AI writing usually sounds like AI. /script-lite gives you 10 hook options and a ready-to-record script that sounds like you, calibrated from a one-time paste of how you actually talk.
