Don't try to do all 20 this week. That's how you end up doing none of them.
Start with the 4 from the video. Then add one hack per week. In a few months you're not "using AI" anymore. You're running systems that work while you don't. These work in Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever AI you use. The habits matter more than the tool.
The 4 From the Video
These are the four habits I covered in the reel. If you only do these, you're already ahead of most people.
Give It More Context
Without context, talking to your AI is like chatting with ChatGPT back in 2024. Generic in, generic out.
Here's the move: open voice mode and send a long brain dump. The tools you use. The systems you have in place. Your customer acquisition channels. Your goals. Everything. When you do that, your AI stops being generic and starts being personalized to you and your business.
Connect Your Tools
Your AI can only work with what it can see. Connect your email, calendar, files, and the platforms you run your business on.
Every connection does two things: it gives your AI more context about how you actually work, and it lets the AI start doing those tasks for you instead of just talking about them.
Schedule Daily Tasks
The best AI users don't sit in the loop. They schedule tasks that run every day without them. Inbox triage at 7am. A daily brief before they wake up. A work log at 6pm.
Set it once and stop thinking about it. That's the whole point. If you have to remember to ask, it's not a system yet.
Test Past Its Limits
Think of something you assume your AI can't do. Then give it a shot anyway. Top users are constantly surprised by what works.
If it fails, don't quit. Iterate on it, or tell your AI to do deep research and figure out a way to get it done. Half my best systems started as "there's no way this works."
The 16 More I Promised
You commented POWER, so here's the rest of the playbook. Each one takes minutes to start using.
Talk, Don't Type
You speak about 3x faster than you type. Voice mode isn't a gimmick, it's a bandwidth upgrade. More context in less time means better answers.
Use it for briefs, brain dumps, and feedback. Save typing for short commands.
Build a Second Brain Folder
Make one folder where your business lives. Your offers, your voice notes, your clients, your numbers. Point your AI at it.
Now every conversation starts ten steps ahead, because the AI already knows your business instead of asking you to re-explain it five times a day.
Turn Repeat Tasks Into Skills
Any task you've explained twice should become a skill or a saved instruction. Explain it once, properly, and save it.
This is the difference between renting your AI's attention and owning a system. Downloaded once, it runs forever.
Make It Interview You
Before a big task, say: "Ask me 3 clarifying questions before you answer." The AI gathers context instead of guessing.
This one line kills most bad outputs before they happen.
Always Ask for 3 Options
"Give me 3 options: conservative, moderate, and aggressive." No more single random answers.
You see the whole range and pick your risk level. You stay the decision maker, the AI does the legwork.
Tell It to Prove You Wrong
AI agrees with you by default. That's dangerous. Say "try to prove me wrong" and it starts hunting for blind spots instead of nodding along.
Pressure-test every big idea this way before the market does it for you.
Show It What Great Looks Like
AI learns from examples faster than from instructions. Paste the best example you can find and say: "Match this quality."
Works for emails, designs, scripts, landing pages, everything. Show it the bar, then hold it there.
Use Deep Research for Big Decisions
For anything that matters, don't settle for the instant answer. Turn on deep research and let it read hundreds of sources for you.
Ten minutes of AI research beats three hours of you falling down Google rabbit holes.
Automate Workflows, Not Tasks
Most people automate one step and call it a day. Top users automate the whole chain. One video idea goes in. Research, script, caption, and edit notes come out.
Every handoff between steps happens without you. Tasks are checkers. Workflows are chess.
Give It a Job, Not a Chat
Stop having conversations and start delegating outcomes. Give your AI one job it gets scary good at: run my ads, manage my inbox, prep my sales calls.
A tool waits for prompts. A teammate owns a result.
Manage It Like an Employee
When the output is wrong, don't just fix it yourself. Give feedback and make the AI write the correction down in its instructions.
Correct once, benefit forever. That's how your AI gets better every week instead of staying generic.
Feed It Real Numbers
Vibes lie. Data doesn't. Give your AI your actual analytics, ad spend, and revenue, and its advice goes from generic to surgical.
"How did last month compare to plan?" should get a real answer, not a motivational speech.
Use Screenshots as Input
Your AI can see. Screenshot a competitor's ad, a confusing dashboard, an error message, a website you love. Then ask about it.
It's often faster than explaining, and the AI catches things you'd never think to mention.
Keep a Prompt Library
When a prompt produces a great result, save it. A simple doc of winners beats starting from a blank page every time.
Better yet, hand the library to your AI and let it pick the right one for the job.
Make It Remember
Every preference you type into a chat dies when the chat ends, unless you save it. Tell your AI: "Remember this going forward."
Your rules, your voice, your deal-breakers become permanent infrastructure instead of things you repeat every day.
Run the Weekly Audit
Once a week, ask the AI itself: "Based on everything you know about my business, what else could you take off my plate?"
It knows its own capabilities better than you do. Let it find your next automation. This is the hack that compounds all the others.
